If you plan to race at IRP or Trackside which are the closest local indoor carpet tracks....both only use TakeOff CS27s. It's kind of the spec tire rule. This helps by negating having to bring a ton of different tire compounds.

For electric TC rubber tire racing these are pretty mch staples:

Motor: Trinity Monster Stock or Epic ROAR Stock
Tires: TakeOff CS27
Body: Protoform Mazda6 or Stratus 2.0 or 3.0 All purpose

If you run the Novak GT7 profile #5 is pretty common.

Ride Height: 5mm
Springs: AE Blue and Silver will get you in the ballpark
