my opinion is that would be a good trade. Looks like a very decent truck and if all the problems are minor like he said it would be very very easy to fix them. I would jump on that if i were you. The cvd are worth 150 new, pipe is around 40 if i remember right. tires are upward of 100 dollars with rims. ya i could keep adding it up but you get my point. There is a pretty good chunk of money in there. Jump on it dude.
