primer u wash the body thats it warm soapy water, basically rattle cans blow imo the only decent ones are the pactra ones and the paint is usually pretty brittle and cracks after it dries. It doesnt always happen but ive seen it happen more with the cans than with waterbased paints. Back flourescent colors in white i like to back the whole thing in white when im done and lay down a few coats of rustoleum crystal clear enamel at the end to seal it all in
