Yeah, just send it in. Leave them a phone number to get a hold of you on, if it isn't under warrenty they will call you and ask you if you want to pay to have it fixed, they will either do it for you or send you the parts, but you will have to pay for them if it isn't under warrenty. It should be, I have sent a lot of things into Horizon before for service and have never had any problems with them.
