I dont think the problem with lack of marshals will ever change...
Too many people just run a tank, then head to the pits to make changes or what ever it is they do, and never marshall during practice.
I try to marshall for the same time I spend on the track after every tank.
There have been times when I stayed out there longer though, because it was just two of us.....
but at some point, around 15-20min of marshaling, and no one comes out to help (maybe because there is people marshaling already) I have to say screw it....and just walk off
