Theres this crap called ZipFizz comes in a little tube like M&M mini's used to come in but a bit smaller, mix it with 16-20 oz of water, tastes like bad grapefruit juice, but if you chug it, makes me like uncontrollable, i just cant pay attention. has like 41,667% of your daily vitamin B12 (that wasnt a typo, 41,667%)
